The name is simply Bitter Fool in Italian, but fool and cucumber share the same word from what I can tell. This is a riff on the Southside cocktail - normally gin, lime, simple syrup, mint - incorporating more bracing bitterness from Amaro Nonino and using some cucumber - mint
