Rosé, Old Westminster, Pizza Lobo

This one's going to have to remain vague. While I'm friendly with the Lobo staff because of work (go enjoy the last month or two of Outside Voice, Hopewell's Extra Pale Ale, on draft at both Pizza Lobo locations), I didn't pry into the exact bottle of the rosé from Old Westminster, and they seem to release a couple versions. It's not the can version though, and it's probably 2024 vintage. More on this if I get to chat with them soon in a chill environment. This was a nice balance of straw, funk, and unripe green strawberry, meyer lemon, bright acidity, and cut nicely across the pizza's richness (I went for a pie with ricotta, hot honey, pepperoni).
