Old Blush, Rosé-inspired Mixed Culture Ale, Fonta Flora @ The Beer Temple

Fermented with local muscadine grapes (North Carolina being where Fonta Flora is from). Delicious stuff. I highlight it only to really make this early post series include a mixed fermentation ale. Some of my favorite stuff to drink is mixed fermentation experiments from Is/Was, Scratch Brewing, Afterthought, Sundial, Off Color, Hopewell, and a few others who dabble. Expect to see this stuff treated like wine by me, and also expect to find a limited 4-8 person dinner of natural wine and mixed ferm beers from me in the near future.
