Hockey.

And a Meyer Lemon Bee's Knees.

2 oz gin  
0.75 oz honey syrup (1:1 sugar to water syrup)  
0.75 oz Meyer lemon juice 

Shake really hard for about 25 seconds.

Strain into a 6 oz or less cocktail glass.

Garnish with Meyer lemon oil from a fresh peel.
